Job Summary
The Lead Grader for Centralized Processing is responsible for directing personnel in sorting, grading, hanging, categorizing, pricing, distribution, and storage of clothing and textiles to meet production goals. The role requires maintaining a record-keeping system for compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements, overseeing equipment upkeep, and ensuring a safe and clean workplace. Candidates must have supervisory experience, a background in textile grading, and the capability to guide diverse team members. A current forklift certification is required, or the ability to obtain it shortly after hire.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supervising people in an industrial setting
- Current forklift certification or ability to acquire within 60 days
- Ability to work with team members with disabilities and the disadvantaged
