Job Summary
Lead Governance & Responsible AI role focused on defining enterprise Responsible AI policies, standards, and governance mechanisms; establishing AI risk management, model risk, and compliance frameworks; developing controls for fairness, explainability, privacy, transparency, and accountability; conducting governance reviews and risk assessments; monitoring regulatory developments; partnering with Legal, Risk, Security, and Technology teams; driving organization-wide awareness of Responsible AI principles.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in AI governance, risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, data governance, or related fields
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model risk, and regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.)
- Proven experience designing governance and assurance frameworks at enterprise scale
- Strong policy development, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
