Job Summary
Lead role responsible for team leadership, training, daily operations, inventory control, cash management, customer experience, sales growth, compliance with local/state cannabis regulations, use of METRC and Dutchie, POS systems,Visual Merchandising, loyalty programs, and cross-location travel. Drives staff development, conducts daily huddles, maintains inventory accuracy, and upholds company values while delivering exceptional customer service and building a culture of performance.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
- Strong cash counting skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
