Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory reconciliation. Lead staff training, build daily huddles, and set standards for customer service and compliance. Manage inventory processes, cycle counts, and order fulfillment while maintaining accurate online menus. Drive revenue through customer engagement, upselling, and promoting loyalty sign-ups. Uphold company values and support team morale through inclusive initiatives and store events. Requires ability to travel to multiple locations weekly.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends
- Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to multiple locations per week
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Microsoft Suite experience
- Strong cash counting skills
- Strong organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred
