Job Summary
Lead Global Tax Analyst responsible for income tax provision and direct/indirect tax compliance, supporting domestic and international tax reporting, transfer pricing calculations, quarterly and annual tax provisions under U.S. GAAP, SOX control documentation, and collaboration with FP&A. Will manage outsourced tax filings internationally and with tax authorities, assist with audits, 1099 reporting, and tax research on new legislation or business initiatives. Focus on evolving tax reporting processes, tax technology, and automation, including AI solutions. Requires 4+ years of tax experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent), strong communication and project management, and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite) and data tools. Hybrid work arrangement in San Francisco or New York City with in-office and remote time, competitive salary range, and eligibility for equity and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years corporate tax compliance and accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and in-house experience in ASC 740 preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting tax authority audits
- CPA is preferred
- Proficient computer skills including strong working knowledge of Excel and aptitude to learn new software
- Experience with automating repeatable processes
- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP, Google Suite, and Mode or similar tools
