Job Summary
Lead the expansion of Nike.Net into new business models and partner segments, owning delivery from concept to launch. Develop and connect strategy to execution, align cross-functional teams across geographies, and unlock growth by defining onboarding requirements, success models for onboarding new business and distributor partners, and go-to-market readiness. Drive end-to-end onboarding initiatives, from discovery through launch, manage timelines and risks, and translate market insights and platform performance data into actionable opportunities. Act as the business lead across teams to resolve blockers, align priorities, and maintain momentum, while delivering clear insights and storytelling to leadership. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, digital platforms, or sales enablement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to identify and shape opportunities that drive revenue and partner growth
- Experience working across new business models, partner types, or market expansions preferred
- Proficient in AI tools, Excel, AirTable
