Job Summary
Manage geotechnical projects for dams, pipelines, tunnels, and industrial sites by tracking scope, schedule, and budget while preparing work plans and health and safety plans. Lead technical reviews, oversee engineering reports, and mentor junior staff to ensure quality deliverables and safe execution. Drive business development for existing and new clients by preparing proposals, cost estimates, and schedules. Requires PE registration, 8+ years of experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role with local travel; relocation and sponsorship may be available.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Master's degree or PhD in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- California GE registration
- Experience planning and directing geotechnical investigations
- Thorough knowledge of foundation engineering including shallow and deep foundations, earthwork, slope stability
- Working knowledge of relevant building code provisions
- Experience working on Water Resources projects
- Experience working in Refinery or other industrial sites
- Experience working with local permitting jurisdictions
- OSHA 40 Hour Hazwoper Trained
