Lead Generators

Engage shoppers and event attendees; start friendly conversations and capture leads. Promote brand awareness and create strong first impressions. Set appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales team. Represent the company professionally at stores and events. No hard selling, focus on starting conversations and creating opportunities. Schedule is Full Time: Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday 10am–3pm. Compensation includes hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with potential annual earnings between $45,000 and $55,000 (top performers up to $60,000). Qualifications include a positive, outgoing attitude, strong communication, being a team player with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours, and capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
