Job Summary
Proactively engage and educate consumers on client product benefits, qualify leads for purchase profiles, and perform product demonstrations to secure in-home consultation appointments. Collect and enter consumer and competitive data into the MarketSource work order system. Requires weekend availability and two years of lead generation or retail sales experience. MarketSource delivers tech-enabled sales solutions for iconic B2B and B2C brands, focusing on measurable business outcomes through people-focused values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years minimum lead generation, or retail sales experience
- 2 years minimum experience in successful support roles
- Must be available to work primarily on weekends
- Ability to meet deadlines with little supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Understanding of business systems, business processes, and client expectations
- Proactive, self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude
- Working knowledge with the Internet and web based data collection and reporting
