Job Summary
Walk door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods introducing homeowners to window and door improvement projects. Speak with residents to start conversations and schedule qualified in-home appointments for the sales team. Track daily activity and appointments using a tablet or iPad while representing the company professionally in the community. This active outdoor role requires walking several hours per shift, handling rejection professionally, and maintaining consistency to hit performance goals of 10–25 homeowner contacts and 2–5 appointments daily. Earnings include a $20/hour base plus bi-weekly bonuses, with realistic annual earnings ranging from $45,000 to $80,000+. Full-time and part-time positions are available with seasonal hours from 10 AM to 7 PM.
