Job Summary
Lead Generator role based in London Bridge focusing on outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, profiling and researching over 3,000 businesses per year, building relationships with key decision-makers across sectors, and generating a minimum of 15 qualified leads per week. The position supports the sales team within the Business Development group, with responsibilities to maintain accurate records in company systems, hit daily activity targets, and collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to drive growth. Requires a 2:1 degree in a business-related discipline, up to 12 monthsβ commercial work experience (sales advantageous but not essential), and a proactive, resilient, and self-motivated demeanor suitable for an office-based, Monday-to-Friday schedule.
