Job Summary
Greet and engage retail customers to identify heating and cooling needs, then promote HVAC services and schedule appointments for consultations, replacements, or upgrades. Collaborate with store personnel to maximize lead-generation opportunities while accurately recording customer information and maintaining promotional displays. Meet established lead-generation and appointment-setting goals through self-motivated customer engagement and product knowledge gained during training. Work in a high-traffic retail environment with extended standing and occasional lifting of materials, requiring weekend availability and flexible evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment

- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location
