Job Summary
Greet retail shoppers and proactively start friendly conversations to educate them about Superior's home services. Qualify potential leads by asking guided questions, capture accurate customer information for follow-up, and maintain a clean, organized in-store booth. Track daily performance metrics and lead activity while representing the brand with confidence. Engage customers to help them find solutions to their home service needs. This full-time role requires standing for extended periods in a partnered big box retail store.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (retail, sales, events, etc.)
- Energetic, friendly, and self-motivated personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a retail setting
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned store
- Background check and drug screening required
