Job Summary
Lead Generator & Appointment Setter responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, research-driven lead sourcing, and converting conversations into booked discovery meetings. Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to import data, operate dialer/workflows, and manage opportunities. Role emphasizes independent research, daily dials, KPI-driven performance, script/objection-handling collaboration with the Coach, and reporting daily outreach activity. Requires 3+ years in outbound sales, strong English proficiency, and ability to work in EST hours. Location-based posting in LATAM / South Africa with in-person option; compensation includes $8/hour base plus $35 per meeting booked.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, or hunter-style sales
- High-level GoHighLevel (GHL) experience mandatory (data imports, dialer functionality, and workflow management)
- Strong communication skills to engage high-level decision-makers
- Ability to build targeted calling lists and manage CRM workflows
- Ability to operate in EST business hours (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Results-driven with high sense of urgency and thick-skinned attitude
