Job Summary
Manage and lead a team of demonstrators promoting home improvement brands at area events, fairs, and festivals. Generate leads that drive sales for products at malls, shows, and promotional booths throughout your territory. Research, book, and negotiate event logistics while ensuring promotional booths are safely set up and removed before and after each appearance. Build, train, and maintain department production, inventory, and budget. Maintain a high-energy, positive work environment with strong interpersonal communication skills.
