Job Summary
Lead prospective customers at promotional booths, fairs, and festivals throughout your territory by researching, booking, and negotiating events. Manage and train a team of Lead Generators while ensuring promotional booths are safely set up and removed before and after each event. Track department production, inventory, and budget to drive sales for home improvement products. Maintain a high-energy, positive work environment with strong interpersonal communication skills.
