Job Summary
Generate targeted prospect lists using Apollo and approved tools based on agreed industries and ideal customer profiles. Research and qualify prospective clients and referral partners, then identify key decision-makers while maintaining accurate contact information. Conduct outbound calls to introduce Talent Team Services and LoansToday's services, build rapport with business owners and decision-makers, and handle objections professionally. Book qualified meetings, discovery calls, and referral discussions for the Sales Team. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes within the CRM, ensuring strong data discipline across both businesses. Meet agreed activity and performance targets for outbound calls and appointments booked. Collaborate with Sales Teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or B2B outbound sales
- Strong spoken and written English, with clear communication skills and a good understanding of Australian accents and business terminology
- Confident in making outbound calls and speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and C-level executives
- Excellent rapport-building and relationship management skills
- Positive and persistent when dealing with rejection, voicemail, gatekeepers, and repeated follow-ups
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, with accurate CRM management
- Ability to research companies and identify key decision-makers
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards activity and performance targets
