Job Summary
Lead Generation Specialist for a fully remote role (South Africa-based) focused on identifying and qualifying new business leads, conducting outbound calls and emails, logging activity in a CRM, and meeting weekly/monthly targets. Responsibilities include researching potential leads, outreach to prospects, qualifying interest, collaborating with the sales team to refine messaging, and staying up-to-date with services and target markets. Must have experience with outbound calling or lead generation, comfort speaking with business decision-makers, CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Salesforce), strong written English, a professional phone demeanor, and the ability to self-manage in a remote setting. Salary offered is R15,000–R20,000 per month, fully remote with UK working hours (09:00–17:00 UK time). This role emphasizes building conversations, pipeline development, and achieving performance-driven results.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, or business development outreach
- Confidence communicating with business decision-makers by phone and email
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Good written English and a professional phone manner
- A driven, goal-oriented approach and the ability to self-manage in a remote setting
