Job Summary
Proactively contact small and large businesses via calls, SMS, and emails to introduce services and set up partnerships. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of lead generation strategies to identify potential opportunities and ensure a consistent pipeline of prospects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners by providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities using data-driven insights to refine approaches and achieve targets. Work closely with internal teams, including operations, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and client satisfaction. Follow up on inbound leads, understand prospect business requirements, and advise on suitable services. Respond to customer inquiries regarding sales, general, and support-related topics within one to twelve hours. Explain product functionality and offer service advice to potential customers while handling escalated enquiries for new and existing clients.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales and/or customer support role
- English skill is the top priority
- Quickly understands people's needs and able to connect the dots on how we can offer them the most suitable solution
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce experience is preferred
- Experience in a pioneer and Australian account is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative
