Job Summary
Lead generation specialist responsible for lead research, prospecting, data enrichment, and list building to support outbound sales campaigns. Builds and maintains prospect lists using Apollo.io and other sales intelligence platforms, identifies target accounts and decision-makers aligning with ICP criteria, enriches contact data with email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, firmographic details, and research insights; ensures data accuracy and completeness, performs quality control, manages CRM records in HubSpot, tags and segments records, and coordinates with SDRs and sales leadership for smooth handoff. Requires experience with lead research/tools, strong data quality, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets/CSV. Remote-friendly with a hybrid arrangement in Pasig City, National Capital Region, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in lead research, market research, sales operations, data enrichment, or a related role
- Hands-on experience using Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or similar prospecting tools
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CSV data management
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification principles
- Ability to conduct online research efficiently and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
