Job Summary
Lead Generation Specialist focused on ERP solutions responsible for identifying potential clients and generating qualified B2B leads. Responsibilities include researching target companies for tier one ERP opportunities, generating leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, cold calling, referrals, and digital campaigns, assisting the sales team to build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, conducting initial qualification calls to understand client ERP requirements, maintaining accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM, and collaborating with marketing on campaigns focused on ERP modernization and digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development within ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software industries
- Familiarity with IFS ERP or other ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise solution selling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools
- Ability to research industries and identify business opportunities
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
