Job Summary
Lead Generation Representative for outbound tele-sales and appointment scheduling, remote US role (ET/CT). Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, meeting targets through high-volume outbound calls (120–140 daily), using data insights to improve campaign results, providing feedback to managers, collaborating across teams, maintaining Salesforce CRM records, and building strong internal/external relationships. Hybrid work model offered (office + remote).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
- Experience making 100+ outbound calls daily
