Job Summary
Execute a daily target of 60–80 outbound calls to U.S. contact lists, validating account information and identifying key decision-makers for equipment replacements and promotional campaigns. Utilize Salesmate CRM to record real-time activities, call dispositions, and interaction notes, then schedule and hand overqualified appointments to designated sales teams via established channels. Maintain accurate call logs to support weekly and monthly reporting on connection outcomes and booked opportunities. Requires 2+ years of outbound telemarketing experience, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency with dialing tools. Must work remotely from the Philippines during U.S. business hours (9:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.) with a high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of verified experience in outbound telemarketing, B2B lead generation, or appointment setting targeting North American markets
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent suited for U.S. clients
- Experience using Salesmate CRM or similar outbound dialing tools and sales CRMs
- Strong objection-handling abilities, persistence, and time-management skills tailored for night shift / U.S. business hours
- High-speed, reliable internet connection (with backup option preferred)
- Dedicated, quiet home workspace free from background noise
- Laptop/PC meeting operational specs with a high-quality USB noise-canceling headset
- Location: Remote (Work from Home – Based in the Philippines)
- Employment Type: 2-Month Initial Contract (Potential for Extension based on performance)
