Job Summary
Lead Generation Manager at Miele Design Center focused on exciting consumers, architects and designers, and retailers about Miele products; responsibilities include tracking and following up on business partner leads, driving product conversion through retail and A&D channels, developing repeat clientele, achieving KPIs, collaborating with the Center Manager to meet sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes building product knowledge through training, attending demonstrations and maintaining showroom standards, leveraging CRM systems for orders and referrals, assisting with events and center operations, stock management, and maintaining brand standards and showroom organization. Requires strong customer-centric, results-driven attitude, excellent communication, flexibility in scheduling (days, nights, weekends, holidays), and proficiency with PC tools (Outlook, Word, Excel). High school diploma and showroom sales experience in luxury goods are required.
