Job Summary
Conduct data research and mining to build and maintain targeted prospect databases aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile. Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls while collaborating with the sales team to optimize conversion rates. Leverage AI tools for prospect enrichment, personalized outreach generation, and workflow automation to improve efficiency. Track campaign performance metrics and maintain CRM hygiene through weekly and monthly reporting. This role requires strong English communication skills and familiarity with CRM and automation platforms. Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years experience in lead generation / SDR / business development
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Good understanding of B2B sales funnel and outbound prospecting
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce or similar)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with Email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
- Strong research and data mining skills
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools for content and research
- Ability to use AI tools practically for Writing personalized outreach
- Ability to use AI tools practically for Data enrichment
- Ability to use AI tools practically for Workflow automation
- Mindset to experiment with AI and improve productivity
- Comfortable initiating conversations with prospects
- Willing to experiment, iterate, and optimize outreach strategies
- Open to learning and adopting new tools (especially AI-driven)
Desired Qualifications
- Basic automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in IT services / outsourcing industry
- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, etc.)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
