Job Summary
Lead Generation CRM - Hybrid role responsible for planning and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns and ABM initiatives, managing HubSpot marketing automation, and delivering data-driven insights to sales and executives. The role combines strategic thinking, CRM administration, market research, and performance analytics to optimize spend and targeting. Key activities include developing integrated campaigns (email, paid media, content syndication, webinars), designing ABM playbooks, administering HubSpot workflows and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–5+ years in a B2B marketing role with a proven track record in demand generation and/or ABM
- Hands-on experience administering HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation platform), including setting up workflows, dashboards, and integrations
- Technical & Analytical skills: proficiency in marketing analytics, data reporting, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing
- Industry knowledge of B2B buying cycles, SaaS products, and complex sales funnels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product marketing)
- Ability to perform competitor and market analyses to inform campaign strategies
- Strong project management and time-management skills with attention to detail
