Lead Solution Manager for GCO/GIO translating business strategy into scalable technology solutions with multi-year roadmaps across Legal, Compliance & Ethics, Corporate Affairs, Enterprise Quality, and Global Security; drives governance, KPIs, vendor strategy, and service maturity while partnering with senior leaders to deliver enterprise-wide technology initiatives and architecture.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in IT service management, product management, business relationship management, or business-facing IT Architecture roles (10+ years)
  • Executive presence and ability to partner with senior leaders
  • Strategic thinking and execution of enterprise technology roadmaps
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills
  • Enterprise architecture acumen including system integration and scalable design
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles, service modeling, and governance
