Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in IT service management, product management, business relationship management, or business-facing IT Architecture roles (10+ years)
- Executive presence and ability to partner with senior leaders
- Strategic thinking and execution of enterprise technology roadmaps
- Strong executive communication and influence skills
- Enterprise architecture acumen including system integration and scalable design
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles, service modeling, and governance
