Job Summary
Develop and execute a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with organizational priorities, building a diversified pipeline across CSR, philanthropic foundations, HNIs, and international donors. Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with prospective and existing donors through the full fundraising lifecycle, partnering with the CEO on strategic engagements and leading high-value conversations independently. Lead proposal development for funding opportunities and ensure compliance with FCRA regulations while maintaining accurate documentation of grants and reporting. Strengthen visibility within the funding community and collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising priorities with organizational strategy. This full-time role is based in Delhi, India, and involves extensive domestic travel.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from a reputed institution in business, public policy, environmental studies, education, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in fundraising
- proven track record of securing funding

- Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
