Job Summary
Define and govern master data domains for install base, customers, and vendors while maintaining standards aligned with Salesforce and ERP systems. Execute a data readiness framework to validate data prior to order booking, shifting from reactive to proactive availability. Manage intercompany commercial structures, including annual contract updates and billing configurations, ensuring accuracy across ITR and OFS. Identify non-value-added activities to reduce manual effort and improve cycle time for order initiation. Partner with Commercial, Finance, Regional Ops, and IT teams to align structures with business and financial requirements. Support data governance forums and build dashboards to track quality metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cross functional operations supporting IT projects leading MDM
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Master Data Management (MDM) and large-scale data transformation projects for ERP or Salesforce platforms
- Functional understanding of customer, intercompany, and vendor data domains
- Ability to partner with Data Lake / Analytics teams to support KPI continuity during system transitions
- Ability to engage with data, processes, and technology to identify practical, value-driven AI use cases within Salesforce enterprise
