Job Summary
Manage application support and ensure service levels meet agreed SLAs while producing functional and technical designs for new and existing applications. Ensure adherence to technology standards and architectural principles within the SuccessFactors quad, and mature Agile ways of working. Help ensure high quality outcomes through efficient testing techniques, with a focus on UKG Pro WFM project implementation and workforce management compliance. This role supports the Corporate Systems & Automation team, which provides IT capabilities for Finance, People, Payroll, and Property Management divisions of Kmart Group Australia.
Required Qualifications
- 7 -12 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in Retail or any other relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of WFD configuration, reporting, and data migration.
- Ability to understand Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and convert.
- Broad knowledge of labour management, HCM, scheduling and leave management products.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Boomi Integrations, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and Workbooks
- Deep expertise in workforce management, compliance, Labor laws, and scheduling.
- UKG Pro WFM
Desired Qualifications
- UKG WFM Pro (Dimensions) certified is added advantage
