Job Summary
Lead the store leadership team by supporting the entire in-store experience, coaching product guides on technical knowledge, and championing floor leadership five days a week. Manage daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, sales targets, and budget oversight while handling opening/closing procedures, phone inquiries, and social media responses. Rotate through the five business pillars to drive sell-through and foster community engagement, ensuring all company initiatives and policies are communicated effectively to the team.
Required Qualifications
- one or more years of leadership experience
- 1 – 2 years of retail experience
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- available to work 'Black Friday' (the day after US Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December until the end of the holiday season
- available for a minimum of one open, one close and one weekend shift each week
- availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the Store Manager
- Full Time – 30- 40 hours per week (5 days per week)
- Part Time – 10- 30 hours per week (2-4 days a week)
