Job Summary
Lead and grow a team of full-stack engineers by hiring, mentoring, and driving career development while staying hands-on to review designs, code, and contribute to complex problems. Set technical direction and architecture for the platform software in partnership with peers in Glasgow, then own delivery through planning, prioritization, and execution. Partner with firmware, hardware, manufacturing, chemistry, and product to deliver end-to-end solutions for robotic synthesis systems. This founding leadership role shapes the culture of the new US site as you build the platform that powers Chemify's AI-driven chemical discovery.
