Job Summary
Lead Front-End oriented role focusing on driving the UI/Front-End platforms and APIs across a global security product portfolio. Responsible for evolving high-impact UI systems, setting architectural direction, ensuring accessibility and security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable experiences. The role combines strong Front-End expertise (HTML5, CSS/SASS, React.js, TypeScript) with complementary Back-End awareness to influence API design, data flows, authentication, and system behavior. Emphasis on shaping standards, workflows, and release practices, with ownership of shared Front-End platforms, cloud-native patterns (Azure, AWS), and DevOps practices to enable repeatable delivery. Requires leadership, mentorship, and effective communication across global teams; Nice-to-have experience in data security products, AI/ML for intelligent user experiences, and CI/CD/docker/kubernetes tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in modern Front-End engineering (HTML5, CSS/SASS, React.js, TypeScript) with complementary full-stack experience in Back-End services, and databases
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing client-side security best practices to protect user data, application integrity, and trust
- Ownership of shared systems and long-term architectural decisions, with architectural leadership that balances Front-End needs, Back-End constraints, and overall system reliability
- Strong collaboration and mentorship skills, with experience working across global teams and flexibly navigating time zone constraints to support effective communication and delivery
- Ability to multiply the abilities and skills of others
Desired Qualifications
