Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality full-stack Java software solutions within an Agile environment, overseeing the entire SDLC from design to cloud deployment. Lead technical initiatives by translating business requirements into detailed designs, conducting code reviews, and resolving high-impact defects to ensure secure, reliable financial technology systems. Provide technical leadership through mentorship, on-call support for incidents, and driving UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience. Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to foster efficiency and align development efforts with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- 8+ years of work experience in related field (Software Development Life Cycle across Full Stack, Frontend and Backend Development and UI / UX engineering)
- Demonstrate proficiency in at least two programming languages, ideally three
- Strong business knowledge in financial technology and payments domains
- On-call rotation to include evenings or weekends
