Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure, building scalable microservices, REST APIs, and responsive web applications using React JS. Drive technical design discussions, enforce development best practices, and mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps while collaborating with business, architecture, QA, and product teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance. Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence across cloud-native solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Java application development
- Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks
- Experience with Azure services including: Azure App Services Azure Functions Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Azure Service Bus Azure Blob Storage Azure Key Vault Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, design patterns, cloud-native architecture, and distributed systems
- Experience with databases such as Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB, and Snowflake
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven messaging platforms
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Microsoft Azure Certifications: AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate
- Experience with Redux and front-end testing frameworks
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights
- Strong understanding of cloud migration, modernization, and microservices transformation initiatives
