Job Summary
Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture for complex full-stack systems, guiding a team of engineers to deliver secure, scalable software using .NET and modern SPA frontends. Establish development standards, perform critical code reviews, define sprint deliverables, and implement API-first backend services with microservices and domain-driven design. Drive frontend architecture with React/TypeScript, ensure performance and accessibility, and supervise cloud deployment strategies on Azure or AWS. Enforce built-in quality practices (automated tests, CI/CD, Definition of Done), mentor engineers, and champion secure SDLC, threat modeling, and compliance. Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools for architecture exploration, code generation, and documentation while validating outputs for correctness and maintainability. Promote collaboration with product owners, architects, and DevOps in Agile/SAFe environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Typically 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with progressive responsibility, including technical leadership of full-stack or .NET-based enterprise solutions
- Expert-level full-stack development experience using React with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Deep expertise in C# and .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, NodeJS background services
- Distributed system design including microservices, messaging, resiliency patterns, and API governance
- Strong data architecture and integration skills with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core
- Experience with NoSQL platforms
- CI/CD pipeline design and governance, automated testing, containerization with Docker
- Azure or AWS services including App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, monitoring
- Security leadership with OWASP practices, OAuth2/OIDC, threat modeling, secure coding standards
- Experience designing AI-assisted engineering workflows using tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude
