Job Summary
Architect and execute high-impact, full-stack features spanning responsive web front-ends, scalable back-end services, and APIs that unify campaign management, reporting, and marketplace optimization. Establish technical direction across a polyglot stack, pushing complex computational logic and algorithmic weight into robust back-end services while driving API integration to break down product silos. Take end-to-end accountability for service reliability by defining standards for testing, observability, performance, and on-call rotation, partnering directly with product leads to shape the FY27 roadmap and translate business requirements into architecture. Mentor team members through rigorous code reviews and automation initiatives to champion engineering excellence within autonomous pods.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience architecting and shipping production platforms
- heavy, proven focus on backend architecture, system design, and deep code optimization
- Strong algorithmic fundamentals, data structures, and a proven track record of leading solutions for complex data-processing or resource optimization problems
- Demonstrated capability to be highly effective in more than one language/ecosystem (eg, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, Scala, or C++)
- Solid command of modern front-end frameworks (eg, React)
- deep experience utilizing relational and/or distributed data stores (MySQL, PostgreSQL, and similar)
- Strong foundational expertise in API design, data modeling, testing methodology, and large-scale system design
- Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving results and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), containers, and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to the AdTech domain, dashboards/BI surfaces, or high-throughput, data-driven products
