Job Summary
Lead Fulfillment Associate at ShipBob in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves working as part of a warehouse team to receive inventory, manage picking and packing, and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment for customers. You’ll contribute to process improvement and keep operations running smoothly, with responsibilities across Receiving, Picking, and Packing, plus support across other areas as needed. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to standard operating procedures, attention to product safety and quality, and a readiness to adapt to changing business needs. Compensation is $21.25-$22.25 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime depending on business needs. No prior warehouse experience required, and candidates must be 18 or older.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction
- Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to an 8-10 hr shift
- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
- May be required to help out in other departments as needed
- You’re willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
- You are extremely detail oriented
- Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities
- You’re looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company
- Previous warehouse experience is not required
- Must be 18 or older
