Job Summary
Lead Front End Engineer to architect, build and maintain Capital One Software's marketing website using React, Next.js and Tailwind.css with a focus on performance, accessibility, and ease of management. Collaborate with design, content strategists and marketing leads to deliver polished, pixel-perfect UI components; integrate with third-party services including analytics, CMS, Marketo Forms, and A/B testing tools; establish reliable staging/production deployments; drive Core Web Vitals, SEO, and accessibility across pages; optimize development/ops workflows and incident response; work with Contentful CMS and design systems, CI/CD pipelines, and marketing stakeholders to translate campaign goals into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering
- At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
