Job Summary
Lead Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness responsible for warmly welcoming and assisting members, handling payments and receipts, answering questions, resolving concerns, maintaining club cleanliness, promoting promotions, and driving member satisfaction. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, end-of-day metrics reporting, coaching staff, and serving as an authoritative presence in the absence of managers. Required Qualifications
