Job Summary
Lead Front- & Back-End Developer to bridge architectural vision and daily execution in a fast-paced live-broadcast environment. You will mentor a team of 6 developers, partner with the TPM and Principal Architect, and contribute to both frontend (Angular) and backend (Node.js/.NET Core) development. You’ll perform high-level code reviews, ensure robust, scalable integration between Angular and Node.js/.NET Core services, and optimize real-time data streams (Kafka, WebSockets) and infrastructure (Docker, CI/CD) to sustain zero-failure performance during live broadcasts. The role requires occasional onsite client deployments and willingness to travel internationally, with a hybrid work arrangement in Montreal and US travel as needed.

- 10+ years in software development with leadership or Lead Tech roles

- Experience integrating Angular frontend with Node.js/.NET Core backend
