Job Summary
Lead dock labor at show sites by assigning qualified personnel and overseeing loading and unloading operations. Perform the same physical work as the team you lead, ensuring equipment is ready, labor needs are requested, and all paperwork procedures follow the Freight Procedures Manual. Adhere to safe operations practices, confirm advance freight deliveries, and produce accurate payroll forms while keeping job costs to a minimum. Follow set hours of operation and submit incident reports as needed. This role supports the Event & Exhibit Services team in Boston/Avon, MA, with an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or at show sites.
