Job Summary
Oversee freight receiving, tracking, organization, and processing for the main store while supervising team members through delegation, redirection, and coaching. Serve as an advocate for the company culture by modeling openness, respect, and productivity while performing all sales clerk duties, including greeting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean sales floor. Maintain communication with buyers and managers, ensure adequate staffing during high-volume periods, and conduct new hire freight training. This role drives inventory receiving and processing within the company for Rockin Rudy's, the original Hipster Department Store in Missoula, MT.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift products and boxes up to 60 pounds
- Accurate basic accounting skills (pricing, processing change, splitting payment)
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Ability to be flexible and adjust schedule seasonally
- Ability to work nights and weekends

- Experience w/ freight handling, POS system and/or processing inventory
