Job Summary
Own franchisee relationships and drive portfolio objectives in sales, profitability, and new unit growth by executing market-specific business plans. Partner with cross-functional COE teams to launch initiatives, deliver complex messages, and enforce standards for food safety and brand compliance. Analyze industry factors to combat profitability challenges, complete regular SWOT assessments, and facilitate regional business planning meetings. Negotiate development agreements, coordinate contractual deliverables, and train franchisees on new products while managing site approvals and transition projects. Report sales analyses and growth opportunities to leadership teams using proprietary tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- With a minimum of 5years of proven experience in a multi-unit operations or consulting, QSR and/or franchisee experience
- Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, including public speaking, with an ability to clearly articulate concepts and programs to a variety of audiences
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements, strong analytical skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, hold accountable, develop, and direct
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and influencing skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerBi, MicroStrategy, etc
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Some overnight travel required
Desired Qualifications
