Job Summary
As a Lead Fountain Worker for Starbucks at Luxor, you will lead, coach, and train a shift of approximately 3-12 employees in a high-energy café environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring clean and organized spaces while enhancing the guest experience through attentive service. Your duties include resolving guest complaints, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness, and managing stock levels. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to work varied shifts. 2 years of Barista experience and prior relevant service experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of Barista experience at Starbucks or a similar environment preferred
- 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience as a fountain worker and/or cashier in a similar environment preferred
