Job Summary
Lead, Founder's Office role supporting the Founder with local market entry, hiring, fundraising, and market presence; responsibilities include driving strategy to execution, building hiring plans, coordinating investor conversations, establishing local office operations, building external partnerships, and acting as a central operator across teams to manage priorities and resolve bottlenecks in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. Required Qualifications
- Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
- Strong generalist - able to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution

- Strong judgment - able to prioritize what matters and make decisions with incomplete information
- Clear and concise communication - comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners
