Lead Forward Deployed Engineer (UK)

Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers to deploy Dynamo AI’s platform and products (e.g., DynamoEval, DynamoGuard, AgentWarden) into real-world production environments. You’ll design and implement integrations across enterprise AI workflows, APIs, infrastructure, and governance systems; help customers operationalize AI guardrails, evaluations, observability, and deployment architectures; and collaborate with customer engineering teams and internal product/engineering groups to ensure reliability, security, compliance, and performance in highly regulated industries. The role requires deep technical depth, curiosity, patience, and the ability to navigate complex governance and approval workflows across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and government. You’ll bridge product, engineering, and customer needs, translate deployment challenges into actionable feedback, and contribute to scalable deployment methodologies and best practices. You’ll also partner with stakeholders across engineering, security, risk, compliance, and operations to accelerate enterprise AI governance at scale.
