Job Summary
Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements, build and customize production solutions, and develop integrations, APIs, and automation tools. Translate feedback into actionable engineering requirements, troubleshoot complex issues across application and infrastructure layers, and own projects from discovery through deployment. Partner with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities, establish operating models, and create reusable solutions that scale across multiple clients. Act as a trusted technical advisor while improving deployment processes, documentation, and observability. Lead strategic technical deployments within a fast-growing AI infrastructure company serving enterprise customers.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or Go
- Experience building and deploying production software
- Strong systems, API, integration, and debugging skills
- Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills
- High ownership and ability to independently drive projects
- Fluent English
