Lead Formulation Technician - (Mon-Wed Nights)

Lead Formulation Technician responsible for manufacturing pharmaceutical products through equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance in a cGMP-regulated environment. Performs tasks guided by production documents, SOPs, batch production records, and cGMPs; leads manufacturing teams in production activities and supports operations with SAP, Excel, Pharma Suite, BI Launch Pad, Maximo, and other software. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of related manufacturing/operations experience; emphasizes mechanical proficiency, ability to follow complex technical instructions, and compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and EHS training. On-site role at Cincinnati, OH with 12-hour night shifts (6:00p–6:30a) and physical requirements including lifting up to 40 lbs and handling material/equipment up to 100 lbs.
