Job Summary
Lead Food Services Team Member providing operational support to the restaurant management team, supervising restaurant activities during non-peak hours, executing shift plans, guiding team members, monitoring food preparation and cash handling procedures, upholding Brand and PTC Hospitality standards, ensuring SOS goals, training and cross-training, enforcing dress code and safety, and supporting management with performance and discipline issues. Position involves working hourly roles with responsibilities across brand processes, product availability, cleanliness, and suggestive selling; pay range starts between $12.50 and $18.23 per hour with benefits including medical, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.
